People & The World That Shaped Them

One of my favorite parts of traveling is the people you meet along the way. When I travel, I often seek out opportunities to photograph individuals in the places they call home. Not only do I want to do their story justice, but I hope to capture a glimpse of their lives in a single frame. It can be a lot of pressure sometimes, but the images of laughter, wonder, and belonging that come out of it are always undeniably beautiful. I feel honored to photograph these precious moments -- to encapsulate a little parenthesis in someone else's infinity.
